General conditions
1. 25 % of the rental has to be paid by the booking, otherwise your booking cannot be confirmed. 2. The full rental has to be paid within 42 days before the rental period starts and has to be paid on the account. 3. By retreat of the rent agreement the deposit of 25 % expires. 4. By retreat of the rent agreement during the 42 days limit the rental can not be returned. In case of a forced reason 50 % of the paid rental will be retransferred. A forced reason can be the impossibility to travel because of a thickness or the death of the clientele. (A doctors confirmation is then needed). Not included are clientele in 2 no grade. 5. Within 14 days before start of the rental period the paid rental can not be retransferred. It is advisable to take out an withdrawal insurance. 6. The leaser isn’t liable for break-in, burglary, accident on or in the house and for higher violence. It is advisable to take out an insurance on these cases. 7. The house has to be left as it was found. Don’t smash mosquitoes on the wall. 8. The caution is paid with the last transfer, 42 days before start of the rental period and if not needed retransferred within 14 days after the end of the rent. 9. A small dog are on demand allowed. |
